Alessandro Accorsi

Alessandro Accorsi is the Senior Analyst for Technology and Conflict at International Crisis Group, where he researches how state and non-state actors use technology - from artificial intelligence to influence operations, disinformation and communication interferences - in contexts of deadly violence and political instability. Previous to joining Crisis Group, Alessandro worked as a foreign correspondent in the Middle East, as an investigative journalist in London, and was the Head of the Task Force South in the Strategic Communications Division of the European External Action Service.
