Mubarak Adam (Ricky) is an educator, community organizer and advocate for the rights of refugees. He was born and raised in the Darfur region in Sudan, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Neelain University in Khartoum. Since 2013, he has lived in Amman, Jordan. Over the last seven years, Mubarak has been actively developing educational opportunities as a way of giving back to his community, along with the help of volunteers and grassroots organizations.
